Bulk Orders

A special service for businesses or customers who wish to order our products in bulk

The Bulk Order Service (”this service”) is an online service offering of up to 20% off the current price of goods for orders S$1,000 and above, for corporations or organisations.
The conditions of use for the bulk purchase service, which differs from regular online store orders, and particular items to be observed, are shown below.
The product sales contract between OLTRA Industries and the customer for this service is effective from when OLTRA uploads or sends the invoice to the customer, based on the customer’s order.
If payment is not made by the date stated on the invoice, the product sales contract may be cancelled.
If an order is placed by a person under the age of 18, parental consent is required.
Payment for this service is to be made by bank transfer only.
With this service, products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless faulty.
Products purchased may be resold.
Items with limited store availability are not available for bulk orders, and orders including such products may be cancelled.
Delivery is available in Singapore only. If the delivery address is deemed to be an international forwarding service provider, the order will be cancelled.
The bulk order service may be used for purposes of resale or profit.
